This film tells the story of Wolverine, one of the X-Men. In 1845 James Howlett's father is killed and James uses his claws (he is a mutant) to kill the killer. It turned out that the killer was James's biological father and so Logan (he changed his name from James) and his brother Victor Creed run away. When they grow up they join the US army and fight in the Civil War, WW1, WW2, and the Vietnam War. Victor kills a senior officer out of rage and the brothers are sentenced to execution by firing squad. However being mutants they regenerate.
The brothers join Major William Stryker in team X along with other mutants like Agent Zero, Wade Wilson, and others. They go to Africa in search of a special piece asteroid, which they find, but Logan quits the team because they kill innocent people. Six years later Logan is living in Canada with his girlfriend Kayla Silverfox. One day at work he is visited by Major William Stryker who tells him that Victor is killing off people from their team and so that Logan needs to be careful, After Stryker leaves Logan has a weird feeling and runs into the woods where he finds Kayla Silverfox's bloodied dead body. He turns to Stryker for help who turns the calcium in his bones to a very strong and sharp metal called adamantium. Wile Logan is recovering from the painful experiment he hears Stryker tell one of the scientists to erase Logan's memory but Logan now Wolverine escapes. Logan and "Gambit" go to Stryker's secret lab where they find out that Kayla Silverfox was not actually killed and that she and Victor are both working for Stryker. Stryker relises a new weapon called deadpool which has the power of almost every mutant. Silverfox and "Gambit" help the other mutants escape but Silverfox goes back. Wolverine and Victor kill deadpool but Stryker clears Wolverines memory and Silverfox dies of a fatal injury.
