Austin Powers International Man of Mystery

Austin Powers, a sex-mad British hipster spy native to the 1960's, is
cryogenically frozen in case he is needed in the future for any high profile cases. He is
unfrozen in the 1990's for the purpose of defeating his nemesis, Dr Evil. He is quickly dismayed to find out that the world has been "ungrooveafied" and is no longer sex crazy. Dr Evil Steals a nuclear weapon and holds the world hostage for 100 billion dollars leaving Austin the job of saving the world in this parodical spy film.

Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery was released in 1997 and starred Mike Meyers as both the protagonist and the antagonist is a humorous film that is sure to leave viewers laughing. In one portion of the movie Powers is confronted by the fembots, a line of sexy robots designed kill Austin Powers. He defeats them by stripping and dancing so well the fembots explode. The film was also written by Mike Meyers, revealing a very odd side to his humor which somehow finds a way to mock with every gender, religion, and ethnicity while keeping an extremely positive and accepting undertone. The movie also features various action packed chase scenes that offer a more parodic view of the modern movie villains. Overall the film is extremely enjoyable and definitely not to be missed.
